1Which countries and routes do you cover?

Our core lanes connect China, Turkey, the UAE, and Southeast Asia with Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, the EAEU, and the EU, along with sea routes through Vladivostok, Nakhodka, St. Petersburg, Novorossiysk, and the Baltic ports.
2Can you handle hazardous, temperature-sensitive, or oversized cargo?

Yes — we run ADR-compliant transport for dangerous goods, temperature-controlled (reefer) options for pharma and perishables, and specialized equipment (FlatRack, Open Top, heavy-duty platforms) for oversized or non-standard loads.
3Do you offer full-container/full-truck loads as well as smaller shipments?

Both. FCL/FTL is available for large single-shipper loads, and LCL/LTL lets you share space with other cargo to reduce cost on smaller shipments — across sea, rail, and road.
4How do you calculate cost and delivery time?

Rates and transit times depend on cargo type, volume, route, and current export-import restrictions. We build a route plan tailored to your shipment before quoting, so the quote reflects your actual requirements rather than a generic rate.
5Do you handle customs clearance and door-to-door delivery?

Yes — we manage customs documentation, transit clearance, and last-mile delivery, including cases with no direct route (e.g., customs transit via Moscow airports into Belarus).
6Can I track my shipment, and what do I need to get a quote?

We provide real-time tracking and status reporting at each stage. To send a quote, we typically just need cargo type, weight/volume, origin, and destination.
7Is my cargo insured during transit?

All transport carries CMR insurance, and we offer additional cargo insurance for high-value shipments on request.
8What types of freight transportation do you offer?

UNILOGIX provides road, rail, sea, and air freight, plus project logistics for oversized and heavy cargo — so we can combine modes (multimodal) when that gets your cargo there faster or cheaper.
